Plus CashWe know how important your privacy is, and protecting your information is something we take seriously -- both in our office and with every crew member in the field.
How your information is used
- Information you provide through our quote forms is used to prepare and follow up on your moving quote.
- We may use general website traffic statistics (pages viewed, general geographic area, time of visit) for internal use and marketing purposes.
- Our website uses Google Analytics and similar standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, and may use cookies for that purpose. We do not use these tools to sell your personal information.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, loan, barter or otherwise pass along your personal information to a third party or outside source, and we do not purchase customer information from other companies. We don't maintain a marketing mailing list, and we won't contact you for any reason other than a moving quote or a scheduled move with our company.
How our crews handle your information
Our privacy commitment extends to every employee and representative in the field. Crew members are not permitted to contact you for any reason outside of what your move contract covers, and any crew member who does so is subject to termination. All customer contact is directed through our office -- the only routine exception is your driver contacting you on moving day to confirm directions or give an estimated arrival time.
Confidential moves. We understand a move can be sensitive for many reasons -- including situations involving a divorce, a safety concern, a previous employer, a landlord or a roommate. If your move needs to be handled confidentially, let our office know when you schedule -- we'll make sure your paperwork does not list identifying details, and that only your driver has the information needed to complete the move.
Offline information
We do not share personal information over the phone, by mail, or in person with anyone outside of completing your move.
