We do the heavy lifting -- literally. Our crew safely moves your appliances out of your current home, transports them, and sets them in place at your new address.

What's Your Responsibility Beforehand

Appliances need to be serviced and cleaned before moving day. That means disconnecting them from water, electric, and natural or propane gas lines, and having them fully prepped to withstand transport -- on a hand truck, in the truck, and however long they sit before being reconnected at the new place.

Before the Crew Arrives

A little prep goes a long way toward moving day going smoothly:

• Have a qualified third-party service disconnect gas, water and electric connections before moving day, and reconnect them at your new home
• Clean the exterior of each appliance
• Clean the interior thoroughly, especially ovens and ranges
• Fully empty and dry refrigerators and freezers -- no leftover water or ice
• Remove built-up grease, dust or food residue

If a washer or other appliance is still connected when the crew arrives, they can disconnect water and electric lines only after you sign a release accepting responsibility for leaks or damage. Frontier never disconnects gas lines and does not reconnect appliances.
